Cookie & Local Storage Notice

Version 1.0 · Effective 25 July 2026

Assurio uses only strictly necessary browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics profiling.

What we store on your device

  • Authentication session (local storage, e.g. sb-*-auth-token) — keeps you signed in and refreshes your session. Strictly necessary. Cleared when you sign out.
  • Theme preference (local storage) — remembers light or dark mode. Strictly necessary for your chosen display setting; persists until cleared.
  • Interface state (local/session storage) — small values such as your last work-order view (table, cards or kanban) and dismissed notices, so the app opens the way you left it.
  • Error diagnostics — short-lived technical logs used to detect and fix faults. These do not build a profile of you and are not shared for marketing.

Why we don't show a cookie banner

Under the ePrivacy rules implemented in Ireland (S.I. 336/2011) and the UK (PECR), consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has requested. Everything listed above falls into that category. If we ever add analytics or marketing storage, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Mobile apps

The Assurio iOS and Android apps do not use cookies. They store the same session and preference values in secure device storage, and clear them when you sign out or uninstall the app.

Managing storage

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings or by signing out. Clearing it signs you out and resets your display preferences; it does not delete any of your work-order or fire-walk records.
